Once we receive your order, we will ship it out within the shipping time shown on the product page. If ever we will not meet this shipping deadline (although it’s the exception not the rule), you will be notified by our customer service department via email to let you know the status of your order and any potential changes.
After you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review this information when received. In addition to listing what you purchased and where to ship your order, it also includes your order number, which we will need in the event you need to contact us. After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email from us confirming your shipment along with tracking information.
